Cynthia is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She has been featured in multiple speaking engagements for nutritional companies about her weight loss success. Cynthia has been personally trained by Dr. Oz’s trainer Donovan Green and is also a featured fitness model for his book, No Excuse Fitness published in 2013. Cynthia was personally invited to be on ABC networks, Dr. Oz show for a segment on weight loss success done naturally.
My journey began when I reached my max weight of 160 lbs back in 2013. Health and fitness became a passion of mine when I saw the incredible confidence booster that I achieved after losing almost 30 lbs, going from 28% body fat to 18% body fat, and losing 8 inches around my waist. Growing up I was always active, doing activities such as dance, swimming, color guard, marching band, and more. Being active has always been a part of my life but now that I am a certified personal trainer through the ISSA, I can pass that love onto others. I began to increase my following when I started posting my weight loss testimonials on Instagram and Facebook and it lead me to inspiring women to do the same. In everything I do, I put my health and fitness goals first. I lost weight the natural way, through exercise and eating right. I did not do any diets, starve myself, follow any fads, or join the bandwagon and use those quick fixes. Through hard work and dedication, I made a lifestyle change. It’s easier said than done, and I know that first hand. So I hope that with my help, you can achieve the same results or better to living a healthy and prosperous life.
