All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. However, you are welcome to partner with transshipping companies like MyUS, Shipito, and Stackry. We will ship the product to them, and they will handle international shipping to your destination.
Checking Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • You do not need to call us for a return. Simply follow the return instructions on the packing slip, and then ship the item back to the address provided.
  • Once your return is received, you will receive a refund in 2-3 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Organic Muscle will not accept returns after 30 days from the original purchase date.
