Great electrolyte replenisher
This is a great electrolyte replenisher for the hot and humid weather workouts. I use it after my cardio and endurance exercise. Flavor is fairly strong, I use only about 1/2 scoop per 8oz of water. I also mix it with a greens or reds blends for energy boost. Would live to try other flavors besides watermelon.

I was training for a 2 day bicycle ride that would be about 100ml per day. I wanted an electrolyte replacement that was organic and without additives and preservatives that i could not pronounce.
